“As owners and directors of our company, we made the decision some months ago to take stock and involve some external support regarding growth.
Whilst we were reasonably aware in our own minds where we intended to take the company, we had no specific “game plan”. We approached Lisa Smedley at Business Pathfinders and through “one-to-one” sessions we have now formulated an ongoing overall plan that we can focus on and work towards.
